2020 Land Cruiser Heritage Edition Will Cost a Whopping $87,645
Toyota plans to create 1,200 units of these.
Toyota introduced the 2020 Land Cruiser Heritage Edition at the 2019 Chicago Motor Show to celebrate 60 years of its existence but did not reveal its price at that time. However, they have just disclosed it. The SUV will set you back $87,645 (excluding $1,395 destination charges), which seems expensive especially when we compare it with its luxury brother Lexus LX, starting at $86,230. So, let’s see what Toyota has in store for the extra money they ask for this Land Cruiser.
The buyers would get 18-inch BBS wheels, black highlights in the grille, and blacker chrome borders around the foglights and taillights. We won’t get running boards and the lower side moldings. The 2020 Land Cruiser Heritage Edition is accessible in Midnight Black Metallic and Blizzard Pearl paints.
Inside we find black leather upholstery with contrast bronze seam. However, we won’t get the third-row seats. Powering the SUV will be the famous 5.7-liter V8 creating 381 horsepower assisted by an eight-speed automatic transmission, which sends power to all the wheels.
If we compare the price of the 2020 Land Cruiser Heritage Edition with the standard Cruiser, the former is $2,480 costlier and doesn’t even have third-row of seating. So, it is really up to the buyers if they fancy a bit more striking Land Cruiser for extra money.
Toyota plans to create 1,200 units of these, and deliveries might start anytime this summer. Unfortunately, these SUVs are available for the U.S. only, so we feel disappointed in the UAE not to get our hands on it officially.
